Tammy took the time to get to know our four sets of parents and keep everyone straight, and she also provided tons of helpful ideas from the ceremony timeline to decorating the barn. Tammy and Fred, the owners, were extremely helpful and accommodating at every step in the process. We had our wedding here over the weekend, and I could not be any happier- the ceremony and reception sites were gorgeous, and the bed and breakfast was perfect for our family and friends. We felt very at home during our stay and simply can't wait to go back in the fall and spend sometime at the Inn and with the Simpsons! Thank you for a wonderful stay at our favorite lake! … We never left for our daily excursions hungry. Fresh fruits, egg casserole, egg omelets, banana bread french toast, home fries, sausage and bacon. Erica (owner) was a great host and fantastic cook!!! We were spoiled with the most delicious breakfasts while there. We had access to a guest kitchen as well.

I enjoyed watching TV from the jacuzzi tub. It was nice to be able to curl up on the couch to watch TV and not have to lay in the bed to do so. Our room was perfect with plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap and hair dryer in the vanity. We loved the rustic feel of the place, inside and out. We did both along with some reading and journaling. They have a wonderful porch to enjoy your morning coffee & evening beverage. The peaceful and relaxing setting was exactly what we were looking for.
My husband and I found this beautiful B&B online and fell in love with it from the moment we rode (motorcycle trip) onto the property. We'll look elsewhere next time we visit the beautiful Deep Creek Lake area.… Certainly replace a holey blanket and provide water and basic refreshments. The brochure claimed to have water and snacks available for guests, but we checked repeatedly and only found an empty frig and a few stray granola bars. Also tea and hot chocolate, but no means of boiling water. There was a poorly lit coffee station with a Keurig and pods of creamers, etc. Just a brief "good morning" and description of the breakfast. It was just odd there was no welcome or inquiries as to whether we were comfortable and had all we needed. We never saw the owners until the next morning at breakfast. We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and found an envelope in the foyer with our name on it. The couch was frayed and our blanket had a hole in it the size of a quarter. Our room was large and clean, but very worn out and dated. Would I say it's an awful place to stay? No. It was difficult to decide on a rating for this inn.
